Russian Novak says $70/b oil price may be short term; early to speak of output cut deal exit: report
High oil prices that hit three-year high level of $70/b this week do not necessarily mean the oil market has balanced as they could be of a short-term nature, with the OPEC/non-OPEC coalition to continue monitoring the situation on the market, Russian energy minister Alexander Novak said Friday.
